I developed and helped design The Research Agencys new FRAME insights blog and core pages: About, Approach, Brand Tracking.

The “Insights” section presents the latest thinking from across behaviour change, brand, culture, customer experience, innovation and communications.

CHALLENGES:

◦ Fully filterable blog system tied to four merged CMS collections.
◦ Search results replace the existing interface with one optimised for content discoverability.
◦ Overcoming every Webflow CMS limitation (merging, item limits, nested collections).
◦ Adapting design variants depending on CMS item type (opinion, guide, podcast, report).
◦ Integrating GSAP animations/components that coexist with core usability.

“Our Approach” explains how the agency uses a science-based research framework (“frames”) to surface the uncommon truths that give brands competitive advantage.

CHALLENGES:


◦ Morphing SVG animations triggered by scroll position
◦ Requirement of a black and white design for FRAMES

Brand tracking measures how people perceive and engage with a brand over time, combining continuous data, analytics, and insight to guide smarter business decisions.

REQUIREMENTS:

◦ GSAP and Spline animations
◦ Ensuring data visualisations remain accessible and lightweight
◦ Balancing motion design with fast load times
